The Love Clinic Team spoke to Mr Lim Chau Sian, 22, a caring young gentleman who’s currently a 4th year medical student, for his views on dating and relationships.

1. Tell us about yourself. 22, Male, Medical Student, in a relationship. 2. What's the main criteria you're looking for in a life partner? Imagine this perfect picture. I am this guy standing alone in it. She is someone one who can walk into this picture and make it more perfect. And we walk together in heavenly bliss. =) 3. In your opinion, what can a girl do to win the heart of a guy? Do you think that girls should take the first move? She can initiate conversation with the guy for him to know her better. Dress and present herself well in front of him and his friends. Be nice to him and drop some hints along the way. 4. In your view, what is the best method when declaring your love for a girl? Find a good moment and hold her hand. =) 5. Do you think that girls only like bad guys? Certainly not. Good guys do get good girls. 6. How will you advise a 25 year old guy who has been single all his life, who is now wishing to find a girlfriend? Read Love Clinic’s book, “How to Lose Your Bachelor’s Degree”. 7. If a guy realizes that his girlfriend has been two-timing him all the while, what do you think he should do? It shows the girl is not willing to commit. The guy should consider breaking up. 8. Do you think that a guy should pay for every date? Why? These days, couples are more open to going dutch. The guy and girl may take turns to pay for the date. But if it’s the first time a guy is asking a girl out, he should pay. 9. What do you think are the chief ingredients of a happy relationship? Love each other truly and give the best you can, and the relationship will go a long way. =) 10. What do you think of Love Clinic?
